Full Job Description-:

• As a primary care and urgent care provider your responsible direct patient care. This would include examinations and treatment of patients, recommendation, supervision of overall health concerns of patient and completion of all necessary paperwork involved in this process.
• cover other primary and urgent care Physicians in evaluating and treating private practice patients.
• Evaluate and treat patients independently as an attending physician. This includes obtaining patient's medical history and documenting on EMR. In addtion, your are responsible for creating progress note for each counter with each patients you have.

• Secures patient information and maintain patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records, keeping patient information confidential by abiding by all HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Work in environment where MDs, DO's, PAs and NPs are well established and respected members of clinical team.
• Act as a liaison with chief excutive officer to ensure consistent adherence to establishment customer care standards and medical treatment protocols.

Family Nurse Practitioners

Reliable Nurse Registry is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team of healthcare professionals in our El Monte clinic. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care, complete patient history, physical examinations, diagnosis, and plans for treatment of primary, secondary, and tertiary care services as outlined in and comply with the standardized protocols for Nurse Practitioners. Job Requirements

Examines patient, takes a medical history, records results, and makes preliminary diagnosis or decides on follow-up procedures-:

• Performs physical examinations.
• Administers or orders diagnostic tests and blood work and interprets test results.
• Performs therapeutic procedures such as immunizations, injections, and managing infection.
• Exercises professional judgment regarding consultation with medical director concerning appropriate treatment.
• Develops and implements patient care plans, instructs and counsels patients and records progress.
• Prescribes medications to the extent allowable by state guidelines and clinic regulations.
• Provides health education regarding health maintenance, especially in the realm of STD prevention.
• Prescreens cases requiring review by the Chief Medical Officer.
• Participates in staff meetings, planning meetings, and other meetings as needed.
• Participates in the program's ongoing quality assurance monitoring.
